When we got it we unwrapped the plastic wrapping but then realized it was too soft for our liking. We thought it would order be firmer. Wanted to return but then saw that TEMPUR doesn't accept returns on pillows, which was really unfortunate. So, instead of risking two new pillows go to waste and collect dust in a basement closet, better to resell it to someone who will probably use it.
