He headed a factory, Sascha Brastoff of California, Inc. order, in West Los Angeles, from 1953 until about 1973. He died in 1993. Typical of his style, this is a village scene, a unique piece and very distinctive. This definitely has that mid century modern feel. Bottom of the jewelry Trinket box top may need cleaning.
