This Full Moon witch hat has a definite vintage look of days gone by. The distinct artistic style of that time is reflected in the two old-style postcards of a witch and an owl which are decoupaged onto the side, a moon is peeking from behind, and all are anchored by beautiful order flowers of the season. The folds at the tip are sewn in to keep both the basic shape and the classic feel in place, but you can still scrunch, fold, and shape even more. How to measure your head:
