1970s order Polka Dot Peplum Dress

I love it when the 1970s bring the 1940s realness, and this dress is doing just that! This is a great reinterpretation of a 40s style peplum dress in classic black and white polka dot. The skirt has fabulous movement and swing and I love the v-neck line along with the perfectly 1940s shoulder gathers. This will definitely become a mainstay in your closet!
