Fabric order doll, collectible doll, fiber art doll, cloth doll

These dolls are made from natural materials. They are each stuffed with pure sheep's wool and have hand-dyed cotton as their skin fabric. Their clothes are made of cotton, wool and silk. Most of the fabric used is hand-dyed by me using color-fast natural dyes. Their hair is woolen or mohair locks.

These ladies can be posed in many different ways due to their button and bead joints (all wood). Their clothing is removable, but they are not intended for young children due to the delicacy of their hair.

Miss Red is wearing a lace-trimmed cotton dress dyed with madder. She has an embroidered wool cape lined with cotton and tied with order satin ties. On her feet are wool felt shoes. Underneath her dress she has cotton gauze bloomers on.
