CONDITION: **all dolls have their original shoes!** Elsa: good condition. hair could benefit from some restyling. Kristoff: I couldn't find anything wrong. Hans: his suit jacket is split down the middle (pictured). The doll is otherwise in good condition. Anna: Hair is frizzy. Hat rubber straps snapped off. Her cape no longer snaps shut. Her nose is darkened (pictured) There may be small things I overlooked. I will pack them with care. Ships from a smoke free home. Thank you for looking!.
