Shipping / Tracking 


1. The only shipping carrier available now is DHL Express. It is expensive, but safe and quick. After shipment, usual delivery takes 3-5 business days.

2. You will be provided with a tracking number parcel will be left at your doorstep.


Defects / Refunds / Returns 


1. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the parcel is lost.

2. If defects are described / displayed, you will not be able to file a "damaged item" claim. 

3. The boxes and dustbags on Vivienne Westwood's older styles are often scratched or dented from time. If you prefer I'll ship the shoe in a new one.
