Mixed Metal order Copper & Brass Handmade Cuff Bracelet - Tribal – Ethnic Inspired – 3/4" x 6 1/2" -CT049

This is a handmade hammered copper bracelet adorned with a forged brass traditional tribal motif. It is lightweight and comfortable but very strong. I created this in my home studio starting out with sheet copper and brass wire. Steps involved in its creation include cutting, hammering, annealing, soldering, shaping, tumbling to polish and harden, oxidizing, buffing, and coating with clear lacquer.

The bracelet is 3/4 inch wide. The bracelet is 6 1/2 inches in circumference including a 1 inch gap and comfortably fits a 5 1/2 – 6 1/2 inch wrist. Horizontal diameter is 2 1/4 inches with vertical diameter of 2 inches. It is only slightly adjustable.

Measure your wrist with a fabric tape order measure or a piece of paper that you then hold next to a ruler. Measure at the level of your wrist at which you will be wearing your bracelet. Some prefer to wear a cuff bracelet low on the wrist, near the hand. Others prefer to wear a bracelet above the wrist bone.

This is a one-of-a kind item. Although future items may be similar, none will be identical.
