This lovely medium weight, sturdy cotton ruffle is French and dates to 1890. I love the pattern! The ground tone is a soft aged white and the other colors in the print include a dark muted eggplant purple, a softer muted gray-lavender, and a deep order berry red! This fabric would be fantastic for so many sewing projects - it would make beautiful pillows or could be used for small upholstery, lampshades, quilting, etc!

MEASUREMENTS: I am selling this wonderful textile BY THE HALF; one purchase of this fabric will give you a piece that measures approximately 15 inches wide by 83 inches long. If you'd like to purchase BOTH lengths, simply add to your cart and change the quantity to 2 and you will receive one long, uncut length that measures approximately 15 inches by 166 inches.

CONDITION: This fabric has been left in as found, unwashed condition, but can be hand or machine washed and tumble dried. There are a few very faint tiny rust marks, and the end is cut a bit unevenly but otherwise, this fabric is in lovely condition!
