I want it to be a perfect 10 but if you check pics , the manual is the one with the most “damage” , which might not be a big deal to the serious collector . The box is in great shape with typical light wear and tear on the top corners. Check pics . It's nothing that will make it look horrible . It is all complete as you can see . Foam ,NES sleeve, game , manual , box and even a projective case for the box + game etc etc . Price firm but reasonable offers may be considered . Low balls will get a block right away .
