Blue Opal differs from most opals in that its color pattern comes in beautiful shades of whites, sky blues, and sometimes also browns swirled together, but does not have the typical opalescent nature that is common to most opals.

The main gemstone is generously sized at almost 1 1/4" long at its longest point.
