Maldives Palm Tree #2 - Limited edition run of 20 Giclée order prints

It's hard to resist the temptation of recording a gently swaying coconut palm as its roots search for grip in the island's thin sandy soil. Every day the gently lapping waves erode just a few more millimetres of earth until, one day, the battle will be lost and the palm will fall.

Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 gsm paper using Giclée inks and shipped rolled, protected by acid-free archival tissue and in heavy-duty tubes with plastic end caps.

The precise length of time your print will last depends, to a great extent, on the environment in which it is displayed or stored. Expert scientific opinion is that, assuming it is kept in optimal condition, a Giclée fine art print should last for a minimum of around 100 years.
