I've had this basket on a shelf for years just because I do love the way it looks and color combination. Baskets such as this usually have velvet pin cushion tops but this one never did. These pieces were made for the tourist trade.

Measuring 3 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches tall, it is in very good condition. There are no breaks or splits in the weavers. It has survived incredibly well, the color is nice and bright.

I've used it to display strawberry emeries, which suits it just fine. It can display any number of small things. The possibilities are endless!
