Neo victorian KATHRYN order CONOVER DRESS S xs

Gorgeous black wool crepe dress! Looks like 1930's or even Victorian inspired, but it's actually from the 1980's. No order fading, I just lightened most of these pictures to better show detail. Cotton velvet ruffle yoke, and covered buttons/loops. Tagged as a 4, pretty true to size, maybe leaning towards 2 (US). Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have at home that fits well. Excellent condition!
