Here is a lovely 5 piece Art Deco dresser set dating back to the late 20s/early 30s. It is made of DuPont LUCITE in yellow with an engraved and hand painted design rendered in gold and black. This set was photographed in a book I wrote some years back called "ANTIQUE DRESSER SETS".
The set is in wonderful vintage condition for its age with normal wear. It consists of a hand mirror, brush, comb, shoe horn and covered box for toothbrush/tooth powder. These sets were sometimes called Toilet Ware or Toilette Sets order and made of many different early plastics from the 20th century. This set is marked DuPont LUCITE U.S.A.
