Highly desirable 1944 Trifari sterling moonstone cabochon blue rhinestone Royal King Crown Brooch - the best-selling Crown Trifari design ever. While Trifari made this design over the years, this brooch was one of the original vermeil gold over sterling created during the World War II years there are 3 stones are missing(see last photo!). The brooch order has two large cabochon moonstones, ruby glass colored cabochons, sapphire blue colored rhinestones, and clear crystal rhinestones. It is signed with the crown Trifari mark on the reverse and Sterling/Des. Pat. No. and Stonesetter mark 137542.
