Vintage J. Polzois Framed order Architectural Print - Stairhall Windows 51 Meeting St

For your consideration is a vintage framed J. Polzois architectural print. Beautifully matted and framed, the print is labeled “Windows of the Stairhall, Fifty One Meeting Street - About 1808”, and on the lower left corner “Drawn by J. Polzois, order May 1977”. In clean and clear condition, the 10”x14” print is matted behind protective glass and housed in a decorative wood frame with a gold metallic finish and exterior dimensions of 20”x24”. An estate acquisition, both print and frame are in very good vintage condition. The protective paper backing to the framing has become torn across time but is easily replaced if desired. Wear is commensurate with age and history of use so please regard all of the photos as they form a descriptive part of the listing.
