The washer that locks the push pin on the bottom to hold the plate it has broken so it will be need need to be replaced it's just a Little plastic washer that the push pin pushes in to see pictures for details. I cleaned up the unit so I'm going to majority of the really bad dirt out of it so if you take it you might wanna take up a little bit more but it is pretty clean I've done majority of the work for you. Really I guess just shut it up a bit. Please see pictures and ask a question.
