The onesie fit my 7 pound at birth baby for about 8 weeks. Hand washed in Euclan wool wash, reshaped and dried flat. I also have a Hocosa wool cap, Lanacare infant mittens and infant booties, and Lanacare felted wool pants in the same size ranges, although the pants and hat/booties/mittens fit my infant up through 6ish months.
