Circus Tent Cased Vintage order Empoli Apothecary Jar / Candy dish in Gold / Amber / Butterscotch

A wonderful example of Italian Empoli cased glass in the circus tent form!!!! The amber and gold tones are so pretty in person.

This apothecary jar / candy dish measures approximately 13 1/2" high to the top of the lid and about 5 3/" at it's widest diameter point in the jar portion.

**This jar has a base that has been fixed at some point in it's history. We are convinced that it is not the original base. However, it is so well done, it actually took us a few years to figure that out!!! The original base would have been a bit flatter and more sleek. Still a great addition with no cracks / chips and still a great price for a piece of the quality, taking into account the base!!!
