This coat is very well-loved but in good shape! I've had it for years and loved it—it's warm and can be dressed up and down. It was honestly a little small for me when I bought it a few years ago and it's definitely too small now (the sleeves were also too short for me as I'm 5' 10”). It has some pilling under the arms and some discoloration around the inside of the collar, but it still looks great. There is some loose stitching around one of the pockets but not noticeable. I hope someone new can continue to love it as I did!
