Vintage gilded gold tone metal oval brooch with red crystals. It is very dimensional in design and measures 3" x 2-1/2" x 1-1/4". Safety clasp closure. Marked "Dalsheim wtih a c" . Excellent Condition.
Dalsheim Accessories Inc. was founded by Maurice J. Dalsheim in NY in the order late 1930's, Most of the Dalsheim jewelry was not signed but carried a Dalsheim tag when new. Those pieces that were signed were marked: “DALSHEIM“, “DALSHEIM encircled with a C” after 1955 for copyright, “WHITE JET” beginning in 1939. Dalsheim Accessories Inc. ceased operations around 1956.
