This handsome and unusual censer is Ball-shaped and mounted on legs, Each leg is another Foo Dog so are the handles and the finial amounting to a total of 6 wonderfully detailed Foo Dogs for Protection & Good Fortune and also has lots of cloud detail. Very Zen.

The ball-shaped vessel is flanked by 2 foo Dog handles and topped by another is quite a thing of beauty especially since it sits upon 3 more Dogs.
that combine to create a lovely and interesting Incense Burner/Censer. heavy piece with a well-fitting lid. This pretty and exotic censer has lots of applied detail in the form of medallions and some nice cut-a-way work to vent the lid. I think this is oxidized Copper as it has a deep coppery smell, but I think some of the applied medallions are either Brass or are gold washed due to the gold-like tone?

I am unsure of the actual age of this beauty, but it seems old and has such quality detail and structure. It is a little bit weighty, so it is a nice cast metal piece. Please use your own knowledge on this item and its age and potential history as I have no background in items of this type. It has markings on order the bottom, and I do not even know if it is Chinese or Tibetan?

There is lots of crevice soiling and general age wear. But, with an item with so much intricate detail this is expected.
