Vintage sterling silver Art Deco diamond order clear crystal rhinestone riviere choker necklace bezel set, open backed, with extension chain

Vintage sterling silver pretty clear crystal riviere necklace - Art Deco or possibly earlier (Edwardian or 1920s).

Lovely sized sparkling clear crystal rhinestones, bezel set in lovely open-backed sterling silver raised settings, connected by sterling silver double links. The necklace fastens with a spring ring clasp and has a slim fitting choker length of about 14 inches but has with it a separate silver tone extension chain of up to 4 inches, so the length can be adjusted.

The two settings on either side of the clasp are stamped - one with 'sterling silver' and the other with 'PAT 311897'.

It is in good vintage condition, though there is some wear and tear to the delicate silver links between order each stone. If you look at the pictures carefully, you can see some kinks and bends from being loved and worn. This wear has been reflected in the price.
