Large Display and order Serving Bowl, Handmade Pottery

This large bowl is unique, distinctive, colorful and useful. The glazes fade from a faint sunny yellow to light green order hues to dense blue speckles. You can use this bowl as a display piece, a table's centerpiece, a serving bowl, a fruit bowl for your counter, or for special occasions. This piece was created by throwing a bowl, then trimming it to remove excess clay and creating a foot. After the first firing, it was dipped into white glaze to provide a base, then three different glazes were blown on to produce the unique colors. The piece was then glaze fired where temperatures reach over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit.

This piece was made at my studio, West Side Clay in New York, NY.

This piece is dishwasher safe, stove and microwave safe. It is safe to use with food.
