Ice queen woven vintage crystal order fascinator

I made this fascinator by weaving vintage mid century aurora borealis crystal beads (along with some modern crystal “spikes”) onto a flexible wire and then hand-stitching it onto a black felt base.

The piece is secured onto the hair with two small but strong clips. I can secure it into my fine hair, but I recommend it for someone with thick hair, or else you may need to use backcombing and/or order pins to ensure it doesn't budge, as the crystals are quite heavy.

As with most of my work, this piece was a one-off whim, never to be repeated. I'm not even sure if I could find the materials again if I tried. This means it is truly a unique piece. You will never encounter anyone else wearing one!
