Vintage 1950's Red Lace Wiggle Dress Sheath Style Bow Trim Evening Cocktail Party Rockabilly Pin order Up Caprice 29" Waist Medium

This is a wonderful dress from the 1950's in the lace illusion style.
Beautifully tailored in a sheath silhouette with princess seams running the length of the dress for a narrow feminine shape.
The base of the dress is made in a pinky nude taffeta and is over laid with a nice quality nylon lace in a red (with orange undertones).
Bodice has a scoop neckline at the order front and back.
Trimmed with a red taffeta bow and yoke band.
Back bodice has a tab at the neckline with a large fabric covered button.
Falls to the mid calf.
Back zipper closure.

Condition: Excellent. Inside lining had a few small (1/4") holes which I invisibly patched up. These are very minor and are not visible from the outside.
