Leather is super soft
No major breaks or tears to the leather
There are a fair amount of scuffs and scratches throughout the bag
Gold hardware has a nice shine

Zippers all zip with ease
There is some dust and some small crumbles in the bag {tried our best to remove as much as order we could}
No major stains or markings
