Baby Dish Set by Copeland Spode Duncan with order Blue Transfer ware Farm Scene - antique

There are not many things more beautiful than the English countryside. This Copeland Spode Company set includes a plate, cup and pitcher. The set is in great condition (see photos).

Each item features a serene English countryside in a blue transfer pattern, also known as the Duncan Farm scenes. These transfer ware pieces are order scalloped in design, giving them an elegant texture. The plate has an impressed logo stamp which reads "Copeland" and there's a "B" in the center, this was common for the Copeland Spode Company.

The cup has a scene of a farmhouse with hills in the distance and a scene of a windmill with hills in the distance. The pitcher shows cows resting peacefully by the farmhouse on a beautiful day. In the center of the dish is scene of a windmill and farm field. On each side of the windmill scene is a farmer milking the cows.

Bowl: 5" diameter x 3" H
