100+ Years! Wax Crown Bridal order Wreath Headpiece

I bought this in Paris in 2019 at a Vintage Boutique. I'd never seen anything like it before and honestly didn't even know what it was. I was told it is over 100 years old and a bridal crown headpiece. It measures 17" around and it 1" wide.
