Bulb NOT included I'm only listing as good instead of like new because I'm missing all of the packaging contents and the prong bent. Otherwise, was never used. Originally paid $299 plus order tax and shipping Antique nickel finish! I took it out of the box and put on my night stand. I never got the chance to enjoy it because the cord did not reach the outlet nearest my bed. It has sat unused for almost a year now. Somehow the prong did bend- will have my husband try to straighten. See last photo. I have the box, which may be a little beat up, but the original packaging materials seems to have disappeared- I'm guessing my children were messing around with boxes. Price is firm.
