Table Lamp ~ Desk Lamp ~ Elegant Night Stand Lamp ~ Green Pottery Urn ~ 1930s ~ Art Deco order

This is a truly elegant lamp, small in stature, with the base composed of a pottery urn on a cast brass stand. There is a good deal of Art Deco vintage detail to the green glazed pottery urn. The base is painted in a burnished gold color. The drum shade is new and made from finely woven fabric in white. The shape of the shade gives the lamp an updated feel while the fabric is totally in keeping with order what the original shade was likely made of. It is just shy of 18" from table top to tip of the brass finial. The shade, which is included, is 9" in diameter.

All the electrical components are new, or new-ish, definitely not 1940s. It takes a standard size bulb and currently has a 60 watter for the photography. The urn has no cracks or chips but does have a fine webbing of crazing that often happens with older glazed china. The Zoom feature is very helpful for a close-up look.
