What a fantastic looking Victorian style birdhouse from the 1980's! It's in excellent condition with sone minor cosmetic wear. This would consist of any nicks or scratches to the finish. Overall I give it an 8.5 out of a 10 rating. It's a beauty just like it is. It's approx 33.5” tall and 12.25” square at the base. The dome top is removable for cleaning and caring for your birds.
