Hand tooled leather eagle order feather

This is a hand tooled leather eagle feather. It's one piece of leather but is under carved to make it looks as if the feather is sitting on top. This is leather art that I make. First I draw out the picture on paper and then trace the lines onto the leather. I then carve the lines in the leather with a tool called a swivel knife. After that I use a hammer and tools to punch down the rest of the detail into the picture. Finally I painted it with leather dye. You could use this as a mantle piece or center piece on your table or just simply hand on the wall. order
