I ordered this bag online straight from Kurt Geiger London, but it is unfortunately too small for me and I can't return it because I purchased it while it was on sale and Kurt Geiger London does not accept returns on any of their sale items. Measurements are as follows: ✧ 10" long ✧ 8" tall ✧ double shoulder strap drop is order 11.5" ✧ when double shoulder strap is converted into a single crossbody strap, the strap drop is 20.5".
