Weeble Wobble Industrial order Desk Lamp

order This unusual mid century desk or table lamp has an abstracted figurative effect with two clunky feet, a long neck, and cap like shade. It intentionally rocks back and forth before finding a balance. It really reminds me of one of those toy "webble wobble" birds that made such a hit in a scene from the TV series "Mad Men". The lamp has a definite bronzed black industrial feel and could have been hand made possibly during the 1940s or 1950s. We've totally rehabilitated its paint and renovated the wiring. It is approximately 18 inches in height, 10 inches in width and 8 inches in depth. It takes an incandescent, CFL or LED standard Edison base bulb that is a narrow shape. Please note that we've included an example of one in our photos specifically for display purposes. However, a bulb will not be included.
