ITEM DESCRIPTION

The powerful ouroboros or tail eater - believed to symbolise many things. Most recently I read that the snake eating its tail stands for enduring love. This snake is not quite eating its tail but the design is intended to refer to the ouroboros. The design is a replica of the antique original which I bought in Paris last year. It came to me as a belt buckle.

The original antique piece has been artfully cast in solid silver and converted into a pendant for this design. It hangs from a sterling silver chain.

Measurements:
Pendant = 38mm long, just over 1.5 inches long.
Chain = 47cm long, 19 inches long
