Does have a pool chain at bottom as well as a 14ft Chain and cord. Upon shipping I will remove the top off of the light so there is no chance of damage upon shipping. order Only issue I can find is some Rust around the bottom where the pool chain is but nothing that can't be painted. Measurements are at widest point across the ball estimated 10-in or circumference of 31.5 in. From top of the wrought iron to the bottom where the pool chain starts is a just about 18 in.
