Factory Sealed Brand New. I've had it in storage with bubble wrap since I bought it, but I stupidly placed some other Wii U games on top and the box was squashed a bit on the side, as shown in the pictures. The bottom flaps were also torn a bit because of it. But it''s still factory sealed brand new and has never been opened. Nothing inside has ever been taken out.
