Modern and sophisticated!

This lamp is 22 inches tall by 5 inches wide.

I make the shade using a cotton canvas by fabric designer Jessica Jones attached to lampshade styrene, and with trim the edges with grosgrain binding. The shade attaches and to our finished 4 footed wooden base. There is a cast iron weight underneath the lamp. The cord is 10-13 feet, and has a switch 4 inches from order the base. Handmade with care and perfection, using UL parts. 60 watt maximum bulb, or higher equivalent if using a CFL bulb. (Since CFL's don't generate much heat.) Bulb not included. Nice as a reading lamp or an accent lamp.
