Made by Betty Oder in Walnet, CA. Tag is loose. Could sew back on easy No tears or stains that I can see. Elastic in sleeves are slightly stretched Good condition but it will need to be washed and lightly pressed if you are buying it for a child. If you are wanting it for a doll which is what I had it got you won't need to but could Please look at pictures as they are part of the description It is vintage so not in new condition.
