Each pouch can carry two full size Pods. They have a very ingenious quick release mechanism to hold the cover closed that requires only a little tug to release a plastic pin and then the top can be lifted open. On the inside, there are tabs to lift the pod out of the pouch with a pull. The pouches attach with MOLLE tabs and on the outside of them they also have straps to attach more MOLLE accessories as well as small zippered pockets to hold allen wrenches, swabs, or barrel covers. They've only been used for a few days worth of play, so they just need a good scrub. Additionally, I'm including an Empire order Paintball Shirt. It's got many foam padded areas sewn in to act as paintball armor and can cushion shoulder straps. One of the armpits has some seams that are starting to come apart, but its still perfectly functional as they're double sewn in the first place. As for sizing its pretty variable. It feels like a suit of armor for a M size person, or a super tight undershirt for an XXL.
