Original watercolor painting on heavyweight acid free paper size 12”x12”. I paint quickly when working on abstracts. The music goes on...I decide what surface I will use...then I'll choose a color and brush or knife and begin. Spontaneously shapes order and colors appear. Moving along rapidly I dismiss any preconceived ideas as I erase thoughts leaving myself in a trans like place that is pure energy. Letting this energy do what it does, then breaking away and looking at what I've done...l let the painting tell me what's next.
