Mid Century Modern Lauffer Flatware, Stainless order Steel in Magnum Pattern, Set of Dinner Knife, Dinner Fork and Teaspoon, Japan

Mid century modern flatware set of 1 Dinner Knife, 1 Dinner Fork and 1 Teaspoon by Lauffer in the Magnum pattern and made in Japan. Beautiful Scandinavian design. H.E. Lauffer Co was founded in New York in 1950 by German emigre Heinz Edward Lauffer (1914-1985). The company went bankrupt in 1982 and was bought by Towle. I believe this pattern was designed by fab American designer, Donald A. Wallance.

Dinner Knife: 8 3/8" inches
Dinner Fork: 7 5/8" inches
Teaspoon: 6 1/4" inches
