This is a custom house portrait of a special place for you and your family. Makes for a very unique heirloom gift. I can paint these from photographs, site visits and a variety of other sources. This example was made from a site visit, photos and an inspiration photo . The cost includes an original watercolor painting on 9"x12" 140# Arches watercolor paper suitable for framing. Does not include mat or frame. Please allow 2 weeks for completion of painting.

High quality prints or cards can be made from the original in quantities of 10 for an extra cost. Original painting must be purchased order in order to purchase prints. Please allow 2 additional weeks to allow for printing and shipment.
