Condition:
Light wear to the white paint on the hooks.
Elastic has stretch / taught, but not as tight as it would if it were new.  2 rows on each side are missing about an inch of the elastic- as found,  though the seams are not broken & are intact. 
Overall excellent vintage condition, appears to be barely worn.
