Oogie order Boogie inspired tutu dress, glow in the dark

Well, well, well what have we here an Oogie Boogie inspired tutu dress. If you would like to feel like the Boogie man then here is your chance.

The dress has a full four layer skirt of cream, green, black and lime green tulle. There is a layer of burlap over the top with a black lace trim and stitch marks, there's a few bugs around that glow in the dark and some that don't. The burlap layer can be removed, it is attached with a lime green ribbon.

The top is made with an elastic crochet material and has a layer of felt covered by burlap. There is black lace around the edges with stitches and bugs. Some of the bugs glow in the dark and some don't. There is a lime green ribbon tie around the neck it doesn't have to be altered if you don't want to untie it. There are faux tulle sleeves also.

This tutu is about calf length, it can be done full length but please message me before ordering as a separate listing will be created due to differences in materials.
