Antique Swedish Flow Blue - Gefle order Porcelain "Vinranka" - 16-Ounce Small Pitcher, Collectible Flow Blue

Arthur Percy (1886–1976) was one of Sweden's leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. Examples of his work can be found at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design. Beginning in the 1920s he designed tableware series for the Gefle Porcelain Factory (founded in 1910), including the “Vinranka” pattern, which features flow blue grape leaves on a ribbed edge. Upsala-Ekeby acquired Gefle in 1936 and continued production of “Vinranka.”

This listing is for a rare 16-ounce “Vinranka” pitcher in very good vintage used condition; minor crazing. The pitcher carries the Gefle mark.

Approximate dimensions: 5” across; 7” from handle to spout; 5-1/2” tall
