Hand made Charcuterie edge-grain cutting board.

Made order of different species of hardwoods, the middle stripe is African Padauk, with Cherry along the sides of the stripe and the 2 outside stripes are Walnut with the surrounding area of the board a hardwood Maple.

Board is soaked in Food Grade Mineral oil bath 6 Times until board is no longer able to soak up oil, then Finished with a Custom Beeswax Mineral oil finish.

The beeswax used is triple distilled from Redlands California Stoffel Farms Citrus Bee Farms.
