Not complete. . Will be shipped disassembled. I believe you can obtain assembly instructions, parts list on line. on line. Normal play wear. Some yellowing. Scratches on windows, light inde too, marks, etc. condition varies from fair to excellent. I will not take a return, so please be sure. Many of the column joints are broke, cracked. Have end damage. A few order chipped edges. There is one white pc. In the final pic. That will not be included. Have a lot more coming Pool, horse, toilet camper, and lots more. Email with questions and I will do the best I can. It will not be cleaned in great detail, due to the fragile nature of the thin plastic columns. I soaked all the harder plastic pieces in warm water and pinesol. It only came out fair. The corners and grooved roof and floor pieces are difficult to clean.
